The Kaifeng Smart Agriculture Industrial Park was designed, supplied and installed with on-site guidance by Flexibell, and constructed by Flexibell’s partner, China National Building Material International Engineering Group. The park introduces globally superior varieties, adopts world-class high-standard equipment and full Dutch planting technologies for industrialized production. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output of 15 million kilograms of safe and high-quality vegetables (tomatoes, colored peppers, cucumbers), serving as a stable supplier for the food basket project in Kaifeng and even the Central Plains region.
Built in accordance with Dutch standards, the park’s greenhouses use diffuse reflection glass glazing and are equipped with advanced Dutch planting technologies, achieving world-class construction precision. The greenhouse systems provided by Flexibell—including rainwater recycling, screening, heating, irrigation, electrical and control systems, and roof cleaning machines—have significantly improved crop yield and quality, reduced pest risks and water consumption, enabling the production of truly high-quality organic agricultural products.

In the one-stop customized greenhouse services provided by Flexibell, main materials such as full sets of aluminum alloy systems and steel structures have been localized, which not only saves costs but also supports domestic enterprises.
Intelligent control is realized through IoT technology, enabling precise management and supply of irrigation, fertilization, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide via sensing, early warning, analysis and decision-making. Robotic systems handle product transportation, weighing, palletizing, packaging and coding, allowing uninterrupted monitoring throughout production and distribution.
