This week, all employees of Flexibell gathered at the company’s Wuqing, Tianjin office. We held the 2023 year-end review and formulated the 2024 work plan. After the meeting, the whole company participated in a team building activity.
The year-end summary meeting was hosted by Ms. Cai Jiayan, CEO of Flexibell. At the meeting, we reviewed the work of 2023 and outlined the plan for 2024. Ms. Cai also sent warm greetings to all staff and thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication over the past year.
After the meeting, a lucky draw was held, and the company prepared generous prizes for every employee.
Next, all employees participated in a variety of team building activities. Through a series of team cooperation games, we not only improved teamwork and tacit understanding, but also strengthened the harmonious relationship among colleagues.
