When the clattering of keyboards in the office subsides, and the chill of winter is dispelled by the warm sea breeze, the entire FLEXIBELL team embarks on a journey towards the sunny coast at 18° north latitude! The four-day, three-night team-building trip to Sanya is not just an escape from the hustle and bustle, but also a team-building exercise to unite and focus minds. Amidst the coconut groves and beaches, we listen to each other, forge consensus through shared experiences, and let every passion and original aspiration shine brightly under the blue sky and clear waters!
On the first day, the team arrived at the Sanya hotel one after another, unloading the fatigue of the journey and adjusting their state in the comfortable resting space, recharging for the upcoming journey.
As night fell, the warm welcome dinner arrived as scheduled. The earnest speech delivered by the leader conveyed his expectations and care for the team. Laughter and joy broke the strangeness, allowing partners from different departments to quickly become familiar with each other. Amidst delicious food and laughter, this pleasant team-building journey began.
The morning sun awakens our vitality. After enjoying a wonderful breakfast, we set off towards the Betel Nut Valley! Stepping into the hidden realm of Hainan’s Li ethnic group, we are immersed in their unique ethnic customs and performances, which allow us to experience the millennia-old stories of the Li people and deeply appreciate the charm of Hainan’s local culture.
In the afternoon, Tufu Bay is a time of freedom and joy! Everyone eagerly tried out paddleboards and non-powered sailboats, experiencing the interaction with nature amidst the undulations of the waves and fully unleashing their vitality.
As night falls, a blazing campfire rises, and the aroma of a beach BBQ fills the air. Friends gather around the campfire, singing and dancing, with the evening breeze filled with songs, laughter, and mutual understanding.
The itinerary for the third day begins with a check-in trip to Clearwater Bay! Under the guidance of the Freedom Lighthouse standing by the seaside, the team members strolled along the sea trestle, feeling the sea breeze on their faces and hearing the crashing waves. Every snapshot captured was a stunning photo with a strong atmosphere, capturing the beautiful moments spent with the team.
Subsequently, we boarded the Fenjie Island by boat. Surrounded by the sea, this island boasts crystal-clear waters and abundant marine resources. After lunch, everyone either strolled freely around the island, enjoying the pleasant shade of coconut trees, or participated in the semi-submersible project, diving into the underwater world to encounter fish. In the marine theater, clever marine animals presented wonderful performances, eliciting cheers.
In the evening, the fireworks from the Xincun Night Market wafted towards us. Our team freely searched for food and strolled around at will, experiencing the unique charm of Sanya amidst the bustling atmosphere.
On the last day of the team building, there was no tight schedule, only the leisurely and carefree moments. Starting with a leisurely breakfast and lunch, the partners either strolled along the beach, feeling the tranquility of the morning; or checked in at their favorite attractions to make up for the regrets of the previous days; or chatted and talked in groups, sharing the little gains of the journey.
In the evening, filled with memories and reluctance to part, everyone embarked on their return journey, drawing a satisfactory conclusion to their trip to Sanya.
Marching forward with determination and cohesion! The 2026 Sanya team-building event came to a successful conclusion, but the journey of the FLEXIBELL team never stops. May we carry this sense of unity and passion, work hand in hand in future endeavors, scale new heights, and create even more brilliance!
